Mental Health Awareness Month

May 1 May 31

Mental Health Awareness Month. More Good Days, Together.

Every May, we stand together in support of Mental Health Awareness Month, a national movement founded by Mental Health America in 1949. This annual campaign exists to fight stigma, provide support, educate communities, and advocate for policies that prioritize mental wellness as an essential part of overall health.

The 2026 theme, “More Good Days, Together,” reminds us that healing, growth, and resilience are stronger when we support one another. Mental health is not a journey meant to be walked alone. It’s about connection, compassion, and community.

The green ribbon, the international symbol for mental health awareness, represents hope, strength, and solidarity.

This design is more than just apparel. It’s a statement:

  • A reminder that mental health matters.
  • A symbol of support for those struggling.
  • A voice against stigma.
  • A call to create more good days, together.

Wear it to spark conversations.
Wear it to show support.
Wear it to remind someone they’re not alone.

Because mental health is health. And together, we can build more good days.
